The problem
Young players and their parents want structured football improvement between team practices, but most existing tools are built for coaches — not families. Parents needed a way to see what their child was working on, and kids needed a simple, distraction-free space to train.
The approach
- Mobile-first flow — the whole product works one-handed on a mid-range Android phone
- Short, focused training videos categorised by skill
- A lightweight progress tracker kids actually want to tick off
- A separate, calm parent dashboard for oversight without micromanagement
The result
Shipped end-to-end with 20+ training videos and a working parent dashboard. Currently in ongoing development with a small group of early users.
